Helpful video, fast service and great parts!
I was looking for answers to my stuck rear window on my Honda Civic and came across your YouTube video which gave me the confidence and know how to remove the old unit. I looked locally and only found second hand parts at a wrecking yard and found the price was slightly higher than what I could get from 1A so I opted to get new parts instead. Within a few days my order came in from 1A and again I referred to the video and was walked through step by step on how to reassemble from my bag of bolts. Now I’ve got a working rear window and a more valuable car! I appreciate

drop in replacement
I used this to replace the driver's side rear window regulator on my wife's 2001 Honda Civic. It fit perfectly and works great. My wife has been using it for about a month now and it has preformed as expected. It looks to be better built than the original one that I replaced. I would definitely purchase again.
