  • This repair is easier than you may think. You'll find our installation videos helpful. In our experience removing and replacing the door panel is the most involved step in the repair. On most vehicles this only requires removing a few screws and push-in clips.
  • You'll get a great feeling of accomplishment after you complete this repair knowing you saved money, and you didn't have to give up your car for a day at the repair shop. Your passengers and other drivers will be amazed.

Fit guaranteed

  • 1A Auto will refund you with no hassle, if this window regulator does not fit the application stated.
    •  This regulator will install just as your original does. Save time and money.

  • Be confident this part will work right. Every regulator is tested after assembly to make sure all mechanisms are working correctly.
  • It is important that your new regulator works for a long period of time. The design of this regulator is tested to withstand 10,000 cycles. That is enough to raise and lower your window 3 times per day for 9 years.

  • Windows that don't work can be frustrating. They can also hurt your vehicles value. An inoperable window could mean $200-$500 discounted off a dealer trade value or asking price.
  • Some shops and dealers charge more for parts and repairs when they think you don't know what is involved. Now you can get the value you deserve. Knowing what this repair entails can be the difference between the value of doing it yourself, or the pain of a costly repair bill.

Replacing Window Regulator and Power Window Motor
Definitely would recommend product. With the aid of your YouTube video I, a 73 year old lady, was able to replace the unit with no problem at all. Really did appreciate your list of items needed. As a result, I was able to buy a T30 torx driver before I started the project.

A Perfect Fit!
New part recevied fit perfectly, which made installation quite easy. This impressed me immensely as compared to other on-line part suppliers say their parts fit, but usually require some added on-job modification! Great parts, excellent service 1A Auto...thank you!

Works fine
The part came as-advertised, worked as a drop-in replacement for the failed OEM part, and, well, the window goes up and down now! No complaints, and the price was great!

Replacing Window Regulator...
You would think this would be complex. The part certainly is complex, but installing it was a breeze! 1aauto had a youtube video explaining the installation, and it went in like a charm! Thanks so much!

Right part; everything fit; video helped
I would never have attempted this repair myself without the helpful video. It was still a bit of a chore but not complicated. There was a similar part for about 10 bucks less at a competitive online store but I went with 1A Auto because of the video. The other guys wanted to slap on an extra $5 for "warranty" at the check-out too. That just rubbed me the wrong way as well. So, fair price, great video, easy ordering, and good fit. All good.

2001 Voyager Window Regulator
Watched the video and repair was without any unique difficulty.
Hardest step is the insertion of the clips holding the window to the new regulator rod.

2003 Town and Country Window Regulator
This regular was exactly what I needed. Perfect fit. It's so nice to be able to open my window! I often drive on a military installation, and was having to open my door to show my ID. Embarrassing! I watched the video on YouTube that shows how to install the regulator, and followed it to a T. Everything went perfectly. I would absolutely recommend this regulator!

Can you just change the motor itself?
Joan N on Mar 9, 2016
BEST ANSWER: First of all, you would have to have a new motor and I am not certain that one can be purchased separately. I am making an assumption that you want to change only the motor because you think it will be easier than changing the whole mechanism, even if you have to buy the whole mechanism just to get the motor. Changing the mechanism does involve some mechanical competence, but not that of a master mechanic. However, changing the motor in the very tight quarters where it's located in the door would also be very tricky. It happens that I saved the motor from mine and, just now, took it apart to see if it can be replaced. I made a video of my attempt. I would say it's virtually impossible while inside the door and very complicated outside the door. Search YouTube for "2003 Town & Country Window Mechanism - How to change the motor, NOT" (without quotes). In my case the cable was completely chewed up so just changing the motor was not an option.
