Multifunction switch
Our low beam headlights quit on our 2002 Impala. After watching the replacement video I decided to fix this myself. The part was exactly what I needed. The video was helpful so I knew what I was getting into. I would recommend this product and I will buy from 1A auto again.

01 Impala Turn Signal Switch
The replacement part fit exactly as described. The installation video was superb. If you have this model Impala you know the frustration with the turn signal, hazard, security control, traction control, and, etc... 1aauto saved me a bundle on the part price and the video saved me another bundle on installation. I know this sounds corny but it's all true. 1aauto is now my first go to for parts. Thanks guys

Reasonable price for multi-function switch
There were two options for parts, one was $54.95 and the other over $300. I ordered and installed the $54.95 part and it is good quality and works great. It arrived on time as expected.

I would definitely purchase any car parts from 1A Auto! They are very, very reasonably priced, the shipping was fantastic and fast, and they are so nice to deal with. Their customer service is great!

We received multiple quotes to replace turn signal multi-controller and they were all in the $500 & $600 range. We did it for $62 after buying the harness from A1 Auto for a 2003 Impala. It has been in now for a month with no issues. Thanks for savings us a small fortune.

Outstanding
1A Auto did not disappoint. The part arrived much quicker than I expected, and was exactly what I hoped it would be. It installed as their video suggested it would and works perfectly. Would definitely recommend them, and have... and have already used them again.
I think I found my new favorite Auto Parts Place.

I cant seem where to find where the green and briwn wire goes
plugged on my 2004 impala?
Russell C on Mar 20, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Do you have cruise control on your car? I think that is likely what the brown and green wire goes to. I am sorry that it is so long ago that I did this that I don't remember where that connected, but as I recall, I just reconnected the same place that it connected when it came out which is how I found it. I think that I had the opposite problem from what you probably have. I originally bought the assembly that did not have cruise control and I needed it, so I had to do the whole job all over again with the right part later! I suspect you will be fine just not connecting the two wires if you don't have cruise control.
i have a 2001 chevy impala 3.8 v6 police edition but it was an undercover so its basically the ls model, my current lever does not have a cruise control switch on it but on my dash next to the speedometer there is a light that says cruise so am i able to install this and be able to use cruise control?
johnn on Jan 4, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Thanks for the question! even 'an undercover' police model is a police model, so you will want to purchase parts based on that. This lever is not meant to add the cruise option to your vehicle. Instead it only replaces the lever on vehicles that had cruise from the factory. Thank you!
how to install this part ?

BEST ANSWER: We do not currently have any installation instructions or videos for this specific part. You may want to check a Haynes repair manual which we have available on our website, here: http://www.1aauto.com/1A/auto-repair-manuals. Searching an online automotive forum specific to your vehicle may help as well. Many people like posting their own repairs online and someone may have done a repair similar to yours.
