Had some difficulty getting the right part due to the online pictures. Called the service line and they worked with me to make sure I had the right parts I was looking for. A little different design than the original OEM part but for the price ya cant beat it. Greatly reduced road noise as my original seals were badly worn out. Very simple to change out, no real mechanical knowledge needed. Would give it 5 stars, but the online picture was really bad, looked like weather stripping vs lower door seals, but I see they pulled the picture down now so they might be updating it.

When I received the product, the front door seal were shaped like an L and they appeared to be the wrong part. Frustrated, thinking theres no way this could be my fault, I called their customer service. I explained to the woman helping me that they must have labeled the product wrong. She called the tech department and confirmed that its the right piece, and that I simply had to straighten it out. In disbelief that I was wrong (haha), I went out to my truck and straightened it out, sure enough, I was wrong. Their customer service was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

These door seals are not the same shape as the OEM door seals on my 2000 F250 crew cab. I went ahead and mounted them anyway and they do seal but they are a completely different shape. The OEM seals are more of a wedge than these and seem to cover more area. The tabs do match the holes so no issues there. Ill keep them because its good enough for the price, but if youre looking for OEM these are not the droids youre looking for.
