This kit includes almost everything you need to freshen up the suspension and steering of your front end. I wish it came with the control arm bushings that go in the front differential (had to purchase separately) and I also wish the ball joints were greasable (no zerk fittings). Other than that Im pleased with 1as pricing and parts quality. Spoke with a nice lady on the phone, she was extremely knowledgeable and was able to get me the correct parts I needed the first time.

These where a perfect fit, OEM replacement on my 2001 jeep grand Cherokee Laredo. Really makes a difference with the handling and overall control, These are quality control arms with bushings so you cant really go wrong. The first shipment got lost at the border so I contacted customer care and told them and they quickly replaced and set out a replacement for the original order. Excellent customer service...would definitely recommend 1AAuto.com

My 04 Jeep Grand Cherokee control arms are very worn and if i hit a bump in the road the front end would shake/wobble. Installed the new arms. Make sure you buy the 2 front bushings, they are not in the arm, they are pressed into the Vehicle... Perfect!!!

So I first ordered the control arms w bushings from AM Auto and was told they did not include bushings so I ordered the control arms w bushings from 1A. And AM Auto went from free shipping to making me pay $30 for a return shipping label. But when the first ones got there, the shop used them because the guy at AM auto didn't have a clue what he was talking about when he told me they didn't have bushings when they actually did. So I really didn't need to order them or really should have never gone to AM Auto who has horrible customer service, to boot. I didn't find out until I picked my jeep up from the shop a good while later and I figure it's too late to return them now so I guess I'll get to get my money back out of them on ebay or something and next time I'll go to 1A Auto or Rock Auto and never do business with AM Auto again. I love that y'all have all the how to videos! I would definitely recommend 1A Auto. I do not recommend doing business with AM Auto. They don't know what they'

It does come with bushings. All ready to be installed. Will still need 2 bushings for the front that connect to the differential. They are pressed into the truck not the control arm

the lowers are complete. The uppers come with bushings on one side because the 2 other bushings are pressed into the front differential. Those are difficult to replace and recommend, if you need to replace those, have a shop do it.
