Improper Design
The oxygen sensor port is located such that once the converter is mounted, the sensor wire misses the gearshift rod (some sort of linkage/rod...believe its the gearshift rod for manual transmissions) by a hair i.e. not enough clearance. This can cause future potential problems of the sensor wire scuffing with the rod.

Does this include both gaskets also?

BEST ANSWER: No, gaskets are avail at your local auto parts store and should be replaced at the time of installation.
This product is an actual catalytic converter and not a test pipe correct?
