  1. step : Testing the Fans (0:51)
    • Start the vehicle
    • Turn the A/C on
    • Both fans should run
    • If one does not run, then it should be replaced
    • If neither runs, check the relay and fuse
  2. step : Removing the Radiator Overflow Bottle (1:08)
    • Pull the radiator overflow hose out of its clip
    • Disconnect the radiator overflow hose from the radiator
    • Pull out the radiator overflow bottle
    • Disconnect the A/C fan wiring harness
  3. step : Removing the A/C Fan (2:06)
    • Pry off the A/C fan wiring clip with a flat blade screwdriver
    • Remove the 10mm bolts from the A/C fan shroud
    • Remove the 10mm bolts from the radiator brackets
    • Slide the fan wiring in between the fan and the radiator
    • Pull the fan out past the radiator hose
  4. step : Installing the New A/C Fan (3:29)
    • Push the new fan into place using the locating tabs
    • Start the two 10mm bolts into the fan shroud
    • Move the radiator into place
    • Insert the 10mm bolts into the radiator brackets
    • Tighten the 10mm bolts into the fan shroud
    • Push the wiring back onto its clips
    • Connect the wiring harnesses
  5. step : Reinstalling the Radiator Overflow Bottle (5:44)
    • Push the radiator overflow bottle into place
    • Push the radiator overflow hose onto its clip
    • Connect the radiator overflow hose to the radiator
