Only the motor itself fits!
I purchased this Motor and Fan Cage Combo for my 96 Ranger, and the Fan Cage is absolutely the wrong one for it. I had to remove the old Fan Cage from the bad motor and install it new motor. The fan cage sits WAY too deep into the housing and it will not allow you to seat the motor for the install. With the Cage they provide the motor sticks out about 4-5 inches from where it needs to be to install. "2 Stars" for atleast getting the motor right.
