Window Regulator !AWRG01274-1994-04
The regulator has two studs and two fixed nuts that holds the regulator to the door. One of the studs was missing. I used a tapered bolt that I threaded into the hold where the stud was supposed to be. Final inspection did not do its job. The missing stud should have been caught.

manufacturing error
A few month ago I purchased the regulator for the passenger side and it was perfect. Now my drivers side died and I immediately went to A1 to purchase this item. There was a manufacturing error that the window section was out of place during crimping and the nylon slide was caught under the crimp. I was able to bend the crimp and dislodge the part but not without some damage. A1 would have sent a new part but I already had my door dismantled and had to move forward.
