Installation was easier than expected, fit perfectly length wise. The piece that connected to the hood latch did not stay snapped in, so I had to tie it in place with wire or else the cable could have fallen out and my hood would be stuck closed.

fit and works great only thing--handle turns in shaft.. fixed by putting silicn glue on piece of rubber to hold in position not hard to do and good price

Fits the jeep great, took 10 minutes to replace. Cable was the exact length and was routed back the same way I took it out.

I finally got tired of yanking on the stub of the cable with a pair of pliers and got this. Took about an hour getting the old one out and the new one in but worth the time and money.
