Does this item (front wheel hubs) come with the bearings pressed in them?

No, bearings are a separate. They have to be as the bearings are pressed into the knuckle from the inside and the hub is pressed on from the outside. I just installed a set on my 2012 Fusion.

Been years but I dont believe so. Its a press in bearing into the spindle. As I recall I forgot the retaining clip and had to pull the hub back out which ruined the bearing. I was so mad I just order a new hub rather than torch or cold chisel the race off the original.
