Although I am overly particular when it comes to ones ability and concern for a customers name being spelled wrong or completely the wrong name, I won't use that in my review. I am very satisfied with the customer service I received on the telephone when I didn't receive my order on the date they said it would arrive. I was even more satisfied when my replacement order arrived 2nd day air thanks to 1A auto's concern for customer satisfaction. I appreciate the attention given to my order and am happy my window now rolls up in my car and look forward to doing business with 1A in the future. One piece of advice I would like to add: Proof read every detail of every order and double check the customers shipping information with the information the customer gave before shipping. Paying attention to those details makes a customer feel valued as well as respected. Repeat customers are going to recommend your company to others.
