Was an exact fit for my truck. Part was delivered on time.

The replacement was smooth and simple, though I had an unrelated issue getting the old handle trim out because there are four points holding it in place near the "corners". For that, I recommend using a flathead screwdriver or trim tool and pressing up from the bottom, as the top clips have some flex and should let you pop it out without breaking anything. The handle itself was an easy install, though putting the latch bars back into it caused the gate to open, so be careful, lol.
