I ordered the strut pair for my 2001 Sebring. The parts arrived in 3 days. Installed them but something was wrong with the drivers side. It moved around and had to take it back off, Found that when the strut was put together at the factory they forgot to install one of the bushings. Called 1A and they had me take pictures and email them. They then sent pictures to their quality assurance dept. to make sure they didn't have anymore in stock that were not right. They then shipped me a new strut with at no charge. Everyone was nice and I didn't have to argue with anyone. I received the new strut and installed it and it works great. The struts fit like a glove and other than the one bushing on the bad strut the quality and finish were very good. Thank you 1A. I ordered new ball joints for my Durango the next day.

The control arm bushings were bad on the drivers side. I looked at just replacing the control arm bushings and struts, but getting the assembly apart is somewhat dangerous using spring clamping devices. I ordered the whole assembly which made it easier. Two things that will make the job easier. When you have to pit the strut on the suspension clevis, wedge something in there to spread the assembly and you can slip the assembly right over the strut and make it small enough that you can slip the pinch bolt right in. I used a thick washer. You also have to tighten the control arm bolts after you have the assembly installed. You have to put a jack under the lower control arm, put the assembly in the loaded position, and tighten the upper control arm bolts. This is not in the instructions. This is important as the loose control bolts could come loose and cause the control arms to come out. This was easier than trying to get the assembly apart, replace control arm bushings, and put the assem

I had originally ordered the strut assembly for my 2001 Chysler Sebring Convertable without the control arms. After receiving the product I determined I should have ordered the complete Suspension Kit. Returning the product to 1A was very easy with no restocking fee. For $30 more I ordered the complete Suspension Kit which was a perfect replacement. I will definitely be ordering more parts from 1A Auto in the future!

The Front strut assembly with upper control arms fit perfectly. I could not give 5 stars because I also ordered front lower ball joints and they would not fit. Will have to return them Needed the complete lower control arm on this car.

These strut assemblies look pretty good.for the money. The fit was good on the right side but the left side i had a alignment problem with the strut at the fork. Customer service is great! And shipping is on time. Compared to Monroe you will save about $80.00.on this set. S J Witt

One or grease fittings was broken and I had to replace.I bought the assembled unit and was not aware nor was it stated that would have to torque the already assembled upper control arm bolts that attach to the strut. After 200 miles , I go a terrible noise and found out that 3 of the 4 mounting nut had spun off and the bolts partially backed out. It is hard to find 12 mm fine thread nuts with a flange. Please include torquing the supposedly assemble bolts prior to installing. This was a potentially very dangerous situation.
