No, you can install these and uninstall these independently.

No you do not... Actually - if my driver side goes out (after having replaced this one) I will will also put new struts on both sides (over 100,000 miles). Once you do this once - successfully - you find out how easy it is...

Remove the axle nut and 6 bolts. Remove the sway bar link. Slide the CV axle out. Super easy.

No you jujutsu take off the driver side tire and it should be right there

Its always best to replace both sides. Once one goes a matter of time when the other needs replacement. You remove the tire and loose the axle drive nut ans shazzam you good to go.. Keep in mind A1 sends picture instructions in every order . makes the job alot easier and smooth as possible .. Enjoy!

Good practice to replace both at the same time, especially when they are pretty cheap compared to newer cars. But no you do not need to.

Nit on the . Chevrolet Cobalt. The axle comes out and goes back in the same. The only difference is the small shaft that was in the right side is not on the left. Replace the trans seal if you have the capability.

No you dont, but in the future its best to replace both axles at the same time.when one fails the other is close behind usuallydo them both at once youll be glad you did
