Comes with all needed installation pieces amd mounrs for fuel selector switch. Fits perfectly and looks great. Not for auto 4x4 or rear defrost (bronco).

Can I cut out the square were 4x4 switch goes and are there screw molded atachment for 2 screws?

Yes, there are molded screw mounts for both sets of buttons or switches that are blanked off. Youd just have to cut a hole through the cluster.
