I wish to compliment you on my recent part order. I am a writer. I write to companies and suppliers when things go wrong so they can correct the situation. I also write the CEO and extend my compliments when things go right so that he may congratulate the entire work force on a job well done. I had need for your EIM-00010 Ford Motor Company after market replacement 4.6L intake manifold. #1, you had the best price available. #2, the part was kitted for a complete replacement package, no extraneous parts needed. #3, although you did not ship UPS Blue but standard UPS Ground, I received the part here in Albuquerque, New Mexico, in 2 days. This is truly incredible. Accolades are also due for your aftermarket supplier Mitchell. The original all plastic Ford part had a propensity to crack with age which mine did. They provided a redesign of the original all plastic Ford part with a combo plastic and die cast aluminum part, wisely placing the aluminum metal in the area tending to crack. This is a far superior design to Ford. You both have not only earned my respect and praise, but are now listed in my card file for easy reference for future orders. Again, congratulations on a job well done.
