These are correct for the 2011-2016 F250 Super Duty and F230 Super Duty. This part is meant to be painted.

Yes it does say super duty on the top like a factory grille does and the color is a primer color with a shiny look to it and it is meant to be ready to paint once you get it and I ordered one for my 16 f250 platinum a few months ago and got it paint matched to my truck and it turned out great.
