Parts seem to be of good quality and were exactly as ordered. Was able to install them very quickly without issues and they have returned our Odyssey to having functional sliding doors again. Hooray!

So, funny story, the center roller designs are the same between the EX, EX-L, and Touring, despite this part saying it's only for the EX. I bought the pair, replaced drivers side and it acted just like the one I removed: hung up really badly when you first pop the slide door. Passenger side, which had one of the small rollers completely gone, worked beautifully after replacement. 1A auto kept telling me the driver's side was made ONLY for the EX, which is false, despite the description: the models are all the same roller design. Mine was improperly manufactured, and they repeatedly lied to me, despite showing proof that the designs are in fact the same between models. Oh well, I guess I don't need to order from them again. Go buy OEM, they're just as cheap as this pair and they are actually manufactured correctly. 2 stars for one of them working. I did have to use the OEM spring on it for it to work well.
