Thanks to 1AAuto & their simplified "How To" video, i was able to afford to purchase the part i needed & repair the problem MYSELF! The part arrived on time & was in excellent condition! I can now go through the drive thru, & not be embarrassed cause my window on the driver side WON'T go down. The world NEEDS MORE companies like 1AAuto! I will continue to do business with them & tell EVERYONE else about this GREAT COMPANY & their UNBELIEVABLE PRICES!

I had intermittent problems with the front passenger not working all the time. It was very annoying. I ordered the Master Power Window switch from . Also, my mechanic told me, after troubleshooting, that is probably this switch. His price for a replacement was expensive. I looked on the Internet and decided to buy from 1AAuto because of the how to video. Other vendors had slightly cheaper prices. It turned that the Power Window Master Switch was not the problem. It was the switch on the front Passenger side. I bought it from 1AAuto also. It turns out that the the Auto feature on the switch does not work. I didn't like the feature anyway. I am pretty sure that the problem is with the Power Window Master Switch, but I am not 100% sure. I decided to put the car back together and drive it. It was delivered promptly and was a perfect fit. All my windows work now.

Thank you for your quick delivery of my power window switch for my 2003 Lincoln Town Car. Within two days of ordering online the switch arrived in my mail box, I removed the old one after watching an extremely helpful video on You Tube, and installed the new one and it worked exactly as it should. Before ordering from 1A auto I had priced the same switch at a local auto parts store, they wanted three times as much as I paid for one to show up in my mail box. I was able to get my car inspected and rolling down the road. I will be using 1A auto in the future.

Finding my part was easy, Lots of distributors, but only 1A Auto had for the best price. Ordering was easy, my part arrived quickly and my windows go up and down again. This is, as far as I can tell, the same quality as the original, maybe even a bit smoother in operation. There are no flaws in how it works, or in the details of the buttons, or of the unit as a whole. It was easy to install and the connectors were "exact fit" which is important, as other exact fit items I have purchased (not from 1A Auto - this was my first purchase from them) have at times not really been so (like connectors that need an additional adapter or conversion, parts that aren't curved or bent or molded the same as the original). Next time I need a part for my car, 1A Auto will be the first place I shop! Thank you!
