yes everything went in place, some went in easier than old came out. Better boots on ball joints than factory. A lot easier to replace whole part than it is to go get everything then change it. Product just like factory. Buy the kit save time and money

Parts delivered early-thank u! The only suggestion would have been to put them in two boxes. Heavy and the box was ripped when I got it and was too heavy for me to lift to put into my car. I am happy with my purchase, been driving on the new parts and they feel solid! Yay!!!

I have ordered quite a few parts from the website throughout the past 2 weeks. Unfortunately, I placed multiple orders for the wrong parts and had to return / and get refunds and then buy the correct part. The customer service reps where PHENOMENAL every time I emailed them (which was ALOT) lol. Always responded promptly, informative, and friendly! I enjoyed working with this company. The return process is pretty smooth and easy. I have never ordered parts online and I expected it too be much harder to get my money back! These control arms were a perfect fit for my '03 Liberty. They seem to be well made and every bit as stout as the originals they replaced, if not more so. I also like that TRQ has YouTube videos for the parts they sell. Shipping was fast. Would definitely recommend TRQ and 1AAuto.

The driver side, lower control arm was not properly machined to except the ball joint. This was not discovered till the car was at the shop being aligned. 1A sent out a replacement lower control arm without question, but I still have the additional expense of a second alignment at 100 bucks.

The balljoint is pressed into the knuckle, not the control arm. So they do not come with ball joints.
