Shocks for my 2000 Ford Expedition Eddie bauer

I needed a smoother ride. It was a little hard to get the front shocks to fit into the slot on the bottom bracket but does fit by bending the bracket open more. Overall not bad give a good smooth ride for the right price.
Not quite a direct fit.

The rear shocks went on without a problem but the width of the front shocks bottom part was about a 16th of an inch or so too wide to fit the opening. I tried several creative ways to make them fit without success. Finally I had to grind a little off each side and then they went in. This has cost me time and money when it was supposed to be a direct replacement.

Pretty good shocks. Just installed them and now I have a smooth ride. One thing about uninstalling them is that if the bolts have the but off and won't come out, hit it with a hammer REALLY hard, then replace the bolts.

this vehicle had air shocks originally but at one time of the vehicle life was converted to regular gas shocks. front has a conversion and rear I was able to use the one I purchased from you guys
