AC DELCO 213-3826 - [CAMSHAFT POSITION SENSOR]

This AC DELCO camshaft position sensor is a new part. It is the same piece that you would receive if you purchased it from your local GM dealer.

Your vehicles Camshaft Position Sensor is a key component to your engine's timing and firing system. The Camshaft Position Sensor in most vehicles sends a signal to the Electronic Control Module (ECM) letting the computer know the position of the engine for timing and fuel injection pulses to the engine.

A bad or malfunctioning cam sensor will often cause a service engine light error code, and or cause a no start condition, or rough running due to inaccurate ignition and fuel timing.

This Cam Sensor features:

Your Engine size can usually be found on a white sticker in the engine compartment near the radiator. If needed, your VIN code is the 8th digit of your vehicles Vehicle Identification number. The VIN can be found on the bottom drivers side corner of the windshield and on your registration. Some refer to the VIN code as the Serial Number.
