At first I ordered the glossy caps, I emailed customer service and they promptly cancelled the order at my request and got the flat/textured ones ordered up. The caps are great quality and were very easy to install. Highly recommended product. Thanks for great service and quality.

The call fit perfectly!!! The customer service representative was terrific! Although regrettably I don't remember her name, she answered all of my questions and told me about the return policy as long as the part was not installed. I wish I knew about your website long ago. These mirror caps fit well, but the passenger side took flight on the highway. I emailed them back and asked if there was anything they could do. They sent me a second set for free. The new set fits a lot more snug on the passenger side, and i double sided taped it too. 1A Auto really stand behind their product and provides unparalleled customer service.

Had to replace the entire side mirror but forgot about the skull caps. Easy ordering through 1A Auto website. Received quickly. Clicked the skull cap right in there. No issues whatsoever. Also the shiny black caps matched my stock Ford ones perfectly.

Yes, these are replacements not covers they will fit in the factory location and are primed and ready to paint. Also a considerable amount cheaper than from the dealer at $99 a piece. Hope this helps.

Only certain mirrors have a removable cap. I belive thwy have to be the ones with power fold and power extend. Mine just snapped out and these ones snap in.

Put the mirror all the way down and push the tobs on the back of tve cap and it will snap out. Snap these on thats it.

Gave them a light sanding 400 wet just to rough them up a bit. Then primer - paint - clear. Turned out great
