Our intake manifolds are some of the highest quality replacements on the market!

This injection molded intake manifold with aluminum crossover is a new, aftermarket replacement part. It is a direct bolt on that is built to strict quality control standards.

Specifications:

  • Reinforced aluminum coolant crossover - eliminates failure due to corrosion or vibration
  • Re-engineered reinforced plastic
  • Intake gaskets molded into the intake manifold
  • Replaces dealer part numbers: 1W7Z-9424-AB, 3W7Z-9424-AA, 3W7Z-9424-AD, 3W7Z-9424-AE, 6W7Z-9424-AA, 1W7Z9424AB, 3W7Z9424AA, 3W7Z9424AD, 3W7Z9424AE, 6W7Z9424AA, 9W7Z9424A

Kit includes:

  • Complete improved intake manifold with new aluminum crossover
  • New thermostat, o-ring, and screws
  • Brackets for installing alternator
  • Spacers to install original thermostat housing - making it not necessary to replace the hose and thermostat housing
  • Installation instructions with torque specifications and tightening sequence
  • Everything needed to do the job right the 1st time!!

The original intake manifold, due to the design, has an abnormal tendency to crack, leading to overheating and in many cases complete engine failure and/or damage to other parts of the car's engine. This new and improved intake manifold is designed to eliminate those problems!

Backed by manufacturer's limited LIFETIME warranty.
For as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle, in the event this manifold should fail due to manufacturing defects, we will REPLACE the part free of charge. Warranty is limited to part replacement only. Extraneous cost such as shipping or installation charges are not covered. Failure due to improper installation, or improper use is not covered. An invoice is emailed after your intake ships. Keep a copy of the invoice for proof of this warranty.
