I ordered the idle air control valve and the part they sent me didnt work, so obviously I was disappointed. I emailed them about it and the response was real quick. They apologized for it and sent me another part with no charge. I got the part and installed it and it worked. These things happens, but how they reacted to it was commendable. So to sum it up I say , good product, very good company!

I had a problem with my part and they fixed it without a doubt. Part came on time. Customer service is awesome and they are affordable. I will be back to buy more parts as needed.

This one Worked for 1/2 a day and went back to bad idling. Only with this one Im experiencing worse issues including the car shutting off at stop or red lights. I have to keep foot on throttle and raise Rpms to keep it on. Didnt have to do that with the Amazon one that was previously installed. that only worked for a month. Guess OEM is the way to go as expensive as it it.

It did come with the o ring. But the part failed after about a week. Best advice is to just buy the expensive one now. Or get one from a junkyard.
