The valve itself is fine and has been working great. The issue is the seal. The seal does not fit into the grooves of the valve well. It's slightly smaller than the surface area and I had to use a flexible sealant to help to keep it in place.

Thank you for this part, it was a perfect fit and saved me alot of money. The dealer was going to be so expessive,thought I wasn't going be able to repair then I couldn't pass required Smog. Again thank you. I will be referring you to everyone.

The part is not a genuine Nissan part. It is made in China and there are a few differences between this one and the real one. Will be returning the part.

Hello, It should not have to be reset but its always great to call Nissan directly to get their input on this.

Yes thats what I have and it worked and is still working great ! If you have problems with gasket use vaseline so it stays in place in grooves
