  1. Removing the Wheel (0:54 in the video)
    • Loosen the lug nut covers with a 19mm socket
    • Pry off the center cap with a flat blade screwdriver
    • Loosen the lug nuts with the vehicle on the ground
    • Raise the vehicle with a floor jack
    • Secure the vehicle on jack stands
    • Remove the lug nuts
    • Pull off the wheel
  2. Removing the Caliper Bracket (1:37 in the video)
    • Remove the washer and hub nut from the hub
    • Remove the hub nut with a 36mm socket or a 7/16 inch socket and impact wrench, or have an assistant hold the breaks and remove the bolt with a breaker bar
    • Loosen the top 18mm bolt from the brake caliper
    • Place an 18mm wrench on the bottom bolt
    • Attach and additional wrench to the 18mm wrench for extra leverage
    • Remove the top 18mm bolt
    • Pull the caliper aside
  3. Removing the Brake Rotor (3:35 in the video)
    • Pull the rotor off
    • If the rotor will not come off, thread a lug nut and strike the hub area of the rotor with the ball end of a ball peen hammer
  4. Removing the Bearing Hub (4:05 in the video)
    • Spray the back side of the three Torx bolts on the hub with penetrating oil
    • Line up the hole with an impact tool on the backside of the bolt and it hit with a ball peen hammer
    • Remove the two lower T55 Torx bolts with a 3/8 breaker bar and a piece of pipe for leverage
    • Jack up the leaf spring
    • Straighten the cotter pin out with pliers
    • Remove the cotter pin
    • Use a 21mm socket and ratchet on top and a 22mm socket and ratchet on the bottom
    • Remove the 22mm nut from the link rod
    • Loosen the jack on the leaf spring
    • Jack up the suspension underneath the knuckle
    • Remove the T55 Torx bolt with a ratchet and piece of pipe for leverage
    • Place the teeth of a two-jaw puller around the hub flange
    • Tighten the puller into the hub
    • Loosen the puller
    • Remove the hub, backing plate, and emergency brake
    • Remove the hub from the backing plate
  5. Installing the Bearing Hub (8:09 in the video)
    • Hook the e-brake cable to the lever on the back of the backing plate
    • Insert the hub to the backing plate
    • Place it onto the axle
    • Push the T55 Torx bolts through and tighten each one preliminarily
    • Torque the top rear Torx bolt to 65 foot-pounds
    • Remove the jack from underneath the suspension
    • Raise the leaf spring with the jack
    • Tighten the 22mm nut on the link rod
    • Reinsert the cotter pin
    • Twist the ends of the cotter pin with a pair of pliers
    • Tighten the lower rear and front Torx bolts to 65 foot-pounds
  6. Reinstalling the Brake Rotor (10:35 in the video)
    • Slide the rotor on
    • Tighten the washer and hub nut preliminarily
  7. Reinstalling the Brake Caliper (10:55 in the video)
    • Put the caliper on
    • Thread the top bolt by hand
    • Tighten the lower bolt preliminarily using an 18mm wrench
    • Tighten bolts between 55 to 60 foot-pounds
    • Set the emergency brake
    • Torque the hub nut to 160 foot-pounds
  8. Reattaching the Wheel (11:53 in the video)
    • Slide the wheel into place
    • Start the lug nuts by hand
    • Tighten the lug nuts preliminarily
    • Lower the vehicle to the ground
    • Tighten the lug nuts to 100 foot-pounds in a crossing or star pattern
    • Tighten the lug nut covers with a 19mm socket
    • Pump the brakes a few times to ensure a firm pedal
